| Well i did it at 23 and whupped up on dylinne so i would say 19 cause you would need your new speels becareful of the red smuggler use your root spell and nuke the shit out of him.the best time to camp him is between 5:00am and 7:00am eastern time he almost always spawns then i'm glad i could help | ||||

| this weapon can be good as a seconday weapon for a rogue with a really nice piercer in as the main-hand. Careless lightning aint too bad of a spell especially that it attacks a lot of targets. | ||||
