| Sigh, Newbies newbies newbies. Iksar warrior = best. Iksars have a natural AC bonus, can wear Royal Frosted Velium/Rygorr/Berzerker's armor... as for the crafted "issue", Iksars have quested armor that is very similar to crafted called Trooper Scale. | Slam is the ONLY, and I repeat ONLY good part of a Large-Race warrior. Their Agility is low, which is a hamper to their AC. A WOOD ELF, which imo is a bad race for a warrior as well, will have higher ac. Iksar all the way... AC BONUS, and relatively high agility = crazy ac. And AC is King. Thx. | ||||

| Other than the KOS Factor, there is absolutely NO reason to not be an Iksar Warrior since the release of Velious. | You do have Velious right? Open the eqclient.ini file in your EverQuest directory. Look for the lines LoadArmor17 through LoadArmor22 and set the value to TRUE. So it should look like: LoadArmor17=TRUE LoadArmor18=TRUE LoadArmor19=TRUE LoadArmor20=TRUE LoadArmor21=TRUE LoadArmor22=TRUE | ||||

| Do you both have Velious? If one computer does not have velious some of the new armors (the Rygorr for instance) will look like banded. However it could be some other strange error. | Iksar of any kind should hunt in FoB as long as you can for exp. Kurns tower is good at around 10th or so and goes to 24th in the basement. You can hunt in Lake at 4th also. The zone gets tougher as you move away from Cabilis but the mobs are spaced out nicely so you can kite a little. Stay away fro | ||||

| /agree Gorthin I only Ebolt if I got a lot of mana and a cleric and an enchanter in the group. Then I am off heals mostly and I have crack. Use of any spell depends on the situation. | casting on decaying skelts was how i got my skill up, plus you can collect the bone chips and sell a stacks for a couple plat. it took me about 3 to 5 hours playing to get my skill up high enough to kill them, but if you have sow it and a breeze it shouldnt take you as long. good luck. | ||||
