| This is hearsay, but from what I consider to be a reliable source. Halfling druid tailors (maybe others too) can make some armor called vale armor or some such that has wis buffs on every piece. | I made a new Erudite necro, and I couldn't get her to regain concentration at level 1 in the length of time I put into it. So the difference can't be quite as extreme as I had thought. But I didn't twink my main necro until he was 5 or so, and I'm pretty sure I noticed the difference before then. | ||||
