| This is smithed, and not to be picky, but notice the RACE is Iskar. The classes are simply the ones that would appropriately wear this heavier armour and be Iskar. | High smithing (above 135 at least, or don't bother. Preferably above 170; capes are the hardest). Large block of skyiron x2 = 2 rings skyiron. 3 sheets skyiron. | From what I undersatnd this weapon starts proccing at lvl 25. Since I am not 25 yet I cannot personally verify this but I have one myself and am anxiously awaiting when it does start proccing. | If you got a hig lvl char with near infinite amounts of money, then 11pp is chump change. As for the Velious comment, it is possible that before Velious, recharging these with the battery was unheard of. So now it just might be possible.
