| Yes, you can turn in OoT aviak talons to the paladin guild in Kaladim for some experience and faction. It's quite good experience at level 18; I got about 4 blue bubbles for 16 talons. | i have to agree with Kneesmasher you get haste with the mithrill and not much beats that. later in your carrer you may get the black sash or some other haste item but for now getting that delay from 40ish to 30ish is VERY nice. | ||||

| you can raise your faction in qeynos by killing gnolls in blackburrow really easy things to kill and very ugly so it shouldnt be a problem also they drop fangs you can turn in to capt tillin in the top of the arena for exp and better standing with all of qeynos | ||||
