| ok, I am a lvl 29 Enchanter. I was giving this weapon at my current lvl(29 in case you missed that). It proc's for me. From what I have read it proc's at 25 and does 12dd. I personnaly think Staff of Writhing is better,it proc's 48dd w/stun. So it has -9cha... I have spells now that will more than m | ||||

| Heya, from what i have seen the Blighted robe (NO DROP) is the best robe, it drops of a Boogeyman at POF i think and it is +13 Int +40 Mana. Always +Int is the best stuff you can get =) just droppin in to say about that robe | ||||

| If your friend is below lvl 20 i would have to say get him/her some equipment with fairly decent AC - most tailors sell Reinforced leather armor - and get said druid a few items that add +mana - not really all that hard to find (rings/bracer made from a jeweler) - beyond lvl 20 try to find some half | ||||

| You get med at lvl 8. I am also a shammy. At lvl 8, go to your shaman guild and put one practice into meditate. You don't automatically meditate at lvl 8. You have to put the practice in. | Skill with the bow is a good goal. However at lvl 5 you may be a bit low to make it a major goal. Arrows can be obtained from Black Borrow, but you are a bit young for there yet. | Does haste effect spell casting duration? Possibly the haste reduces the time to cast spells by the percentage of the haste. I do not know so don't go off all half cocked..I am just asking. I do not have any haste items so I don't know how they work. | ||||
