| At level 19 Wizard, N. Karana is starting to turn green(aside from the HG and Griffene/fon/feather which are red). Looks like E. Karana is a great progression when I turn 20. | When I picked this up, Astaed Wemore implied that the proc was Reckless Strength, and it could be recharges at the temple storehouse by someone named Whysia. | Warriors always get the shaft, as this would be a great addition to any warriors attire! Charisma effects how fast you move and how far you can thrust your weapon into the enemy. | Best way to get her out is have a very well buffed high lvl warrior ( not kos, ie troll ) to pull her to the 3rd quarter zone, where two full groups are waiting to kill her off. its a tight fit in that hallway, and you will most likely agro the outside two guards, which will also porbably agro the g | ||||

| Assuming all these types of armor work the same, you should be able to right click to activate the effect at 45th lvl. I know it worked on my ES Gauntlets at 45th... Just to confirm, my ranger hit 45th this weekend and all his Tolan pieces are now activatable. | ||||

| Actually, its entirely possible and likely that it does lower hate by 500. Verant recently changed procs to create less hate, and since the proc itself generates WELL over 500 hate by the debuff, the negative 500 helps to lower it some. | ||||
