| I bought one of these off a vendor in West Cabilis at Lv 3 for 1p and some change and it was proccing at that level for me. As for the effect of the Sear spell, it appears to be a really crappy DoT. Just my 2cp. | ||||

| Druids, hehe they make me laugh. I think its so funny when a druid actually thinks he is better than the other classes. Playing a warrior and a cleric (both post 50) I would take a Shaman in my group every time over a druid. A lvl 34+ druid is good for one thing, Gettin me to where ever I need to go | ||||

| With the new patch, the bag says 20% weight reduction. Also tested the reduction of coins. It's also 20%. Had 5000pp on me and was encumbered. Placed this bag in inventory and weight went down by 25. It was like carrying only 4000pp. So 25 weight from 5000pp is 20% reduction. | ||||

| I think this is just to show that not all named mobs carry/wear/use extremely good armor/weapons/jewelry. I'm not using this as an excuse for the poor quality of this item but it may just be an explaination. | ||||
