| Well your best bet honestly and most game play is if you solo on either camiens, then crocs and so forth. there is an orc camp in oasis at the end of the beach near the Sro boarder not the derv the Orc camp. there is a spawn there that is lvl 14-20 soloing him shouldnt be to hard he spawns about e | ||||

| I have been searching for awhile on the Tunare server for this guy. He does spawn, but no one knows exactly when. | Go with either a DE necro or Euridite Necro they have the highest int to start with but if your a twink go with the Human necro they are unexpected to be necros. Or if you want a real challenge go for a Ogre necro hehe | ||||

| Found info that this weapon has a unlisted +20% haste. Time it boys & girls its way faster thatn 1.9 secs. I timed it out at 1.4/1.5 on a stop watch. Put in on my monk w/ his natural quickness I was close to 1 sec. It's 8 base damage makes it more than useful than trance stick (off hand now). 4.0 wt | ||||

| Personally, I wouldn't waste my time begging for a PL. Unless you know somone, you won't get a PL and PLs are really most effective for melee classes and aren't really suited well for most others.
