| Might just be an effect on a GM only item. I highly doubt it would be in there database if it wasn't in the game in some way shape or form. | ||||

| As I like to remind folks AC doesn't keep you alive. It just reduces the rate you lose HP. Resists do the same. In the end its who reaches 0 HP first - you or the mob? So, HP gear rules, always! STA does increase you HP total. Even if its only 5% of you total HP it gives you more HP. Hoarde HP | ||||

| Yes, it depends on the situation. If I'm in a grind group where all you do is debuff the incoming MoB and rebuff the group periodically, and never get enough aggro to matter, then I max my WIS. If I am in ToV or on a Dragon raid, I take off the WIS gear and put on my resist gear. Just like th | ||||

| With the new expansion packs came quests, storylines, events, etc. They also set up many things that force people to be in groups such as the trials to be able to enter other zones. | I just with the marketing and gameplay sides didn't collide the way they do. Marketing-wise, it makes sense for PoP to have insane experience modifiers, to encourage folks to purchase it just to keep up with friends and competitors. | Yes there are lv 11 quest but the only reward is coin. One is for Gnome Scalp Collecting in HHK and the other is a Minotaur Horns. IF you search on this page for Quest - by class - wizard - max lv 11 min lv 11 you will see these two quest. However there is a long list of quest for levels 14/15. S | ||||

| Just a correction, it doesn't affect roots, and I don't belive it affects debuffs but I'm not possitive about that it DOES affect dots of all kinds, poison, disease conjuration magic etc. | ||||
