| The people stating in messages below that this item is mana free have obviously not used one of these. It is not mana free. I just got one and tried it from primary, secondary, and also from inventory...all three times it used the same mana as casting the spell. Happily, the effect will still go | ||||

| Best way I have found to raise CoV faction is to be in Great Divide during a Ringwar and hit as many mobs as you can with a low level spell. | Cause you started out so KOS to them. It's hard for non evils to get non KOS here, though you can eventually get ally. I'd get to 34 first for the pet, then come back. Should be much easier then. | ||||

| no if u have over 200 wis/int (refered as VAL) formula is : (200/5*lvl)+((VAL-200)/10*lvl) i.e. WIS/INT = 222 (200/5*lvl) + ((222-200)/10*lvl) ... get it Only the part over 200 is /10 .. the first 200 is still /5. Hope that clears it up :) | ||||

Know for sure they don't in Sanctus Seru (which I found out the hard way... the guards in Dawnshroud ignored me but I was attacked immediately upon entering the city!). | No, there's no soulbinder in this city, as of the time I'm typing this. Luclin only has two soulbinders; one in Shadowhaven, one in Shar Vahl. Maybe some dau they'll add one, who knows? They did add soulvinders to Iceclad Ocean, Overthere, Firiona Vie, and the Arena; maybe they'll put onr here. | ||||

| Nope. There's only two soulbinders in all of Luclin; one in Shadowhaven (near the teleporter to the Nexus) and one in Shar Vahl (just outside the throne room in the place). If you want to be bound here, have to find a caster to do it for you, same for Sanctus Seru. | ||||

| I am a level 55 warrior, at the time I tried this *level 35 mob*, I had 919 AC and 2500hps, and I was weilding a 10/18 and a 14/27. And btw I solo light blues np, which are from 40-45 mobs.
