| I must agree here. High Hold Keep is my favorite for 25 and up...You can be bound there as well as a bank in the zone. I leveled very fast here. You also have a fellow named Osagren in the prison. He gave me great exp solo into my 30's Sincerely Tybondoe Drinal White Wind | ||||

| No this does not mean he drops all 4 runes. It means he drops a rune and this posting is about all 4 runes. Thistle only drops the Right Rune. And yes, they are 100% indistinguisable by sight, Identify will tell you which is which though for combines to make the armor. | ||||
