| The bulthar in Cobalt Scar also occasionally drop a chipped gem. Got a chipped onyx sapphire off of one, but looks much rarer than 1 of 5. More like 1 of 20 so far by my count. | ||||

| It's dropped off of Higher-lvl mobs in Planes and across Norrath. It is usually sold to merchants by the players that loot it because, until now, it had no purpose. *Go check vendors and you might be able to collect 4* Good luck | ||||

| Yes, Haze panthers drop Haze panther pelts, the ones used for tailoring the rogue only armor. They also drop Haze panther eyes used in tinkering.
