| I found these in the newbie are, just off the path in FoB they dropped off Militia Skeletons (I believe that's what they were called) I only saw two of them, and they were together. They both dropped the shards. I'm still not sure what they're used for. | ||||

| Well it drops off the Froglok repairer in froggy town in the Swamp of No Hope. They spawn in randome locations, so a tracker will be a huge asset.
