| It is lvl 55 and KOS to all; surrounded by 4 guards and one guard roamer which are blue to me. Enchanters have to charm Modani and give him a gem which will be returned enchanted. I tried it once alone and got killed by the roamer. Bring one or two good groups to obtain your epic piece. Dont try it | ||||

| I spent much of Lvl 20 camping the Aqua Goblin camp in Dagnor's with some friends. The only faction hit you get for killing them is Goblin, which gets worse. Yes it's just "Goblin", not "Riptide Goblins" as listed in the description above. There are NO positive factions hits for killing them. I | ||||
