| Garuc is in located in the catacombs under Qeynos. You have to go through some of the walls that say something about "The Plaguebringer." Be careful though, if your faction with the BloodSabers is bad, you will be attacked. | ||||

| I believe that the Shin Lord is around 30th lvl but your going to need to be much higher than that if you want to kill him by yourself and get out alive. | This is the truth... The two Evil Eye prisoners (Which btw have a really really slow spawn time) Can drop all of the three runes. None of them seems rarer than the other. | You can also get the shovel, broom, stein, and torch off of gators in The Lost Temple of Cazic-Thule. You can get the giant toes you need by going to the OOT and kill Gornit. | This faction was recently reset to indifferent for everyone, and the bloodstone quest in Highhold no longer gives the faction hit. I was up to kindly, which was nice for the various vendors like the Shady Swashbuckler who are way overpriced. But they are now all indifferent, and turning in bloodst | ||||

| Yes there is a single spawn spectre in the zone. From the Rathe Mountain zone run south. When you see a undead camp with skeletons in it your are almost there. Not far past there is a spec that spawns beside a tree aroud loc neg 1200, pos 1258. He's on a 6 min spawn time. | ||||

| I accidently hailed the effrete not knowing who exactly he was, I just thought he was some cool looking genie guy, and I hailed him. I then saw that my faction got worse and realized he was the effrete. My character is a Wizard that worships Solusek Ro, and when I hailed the effrete, I got worried. | ||||

| So was the faction being neutral for 10 seconds after you zone, so apparently if you are a wizard and cannot get Camin to speak to you you will never be able to get your wizard epic quest, since there seem to be no mobs that offer a positive faction hit for true spirit | ||||

| I found a nice place, the Giant Hut NorthWest of the Fort(EQAtlas Location #8). Three Giants (Saplings, Greenwoods and Evergreens) spawn here, but they spawn far enough away from eachother that you can pull them one at a time quite easily. I made some very nice xp and money soloing these as a lvl 24 | ||||
