| ToV has 4 areas. The entrance area (South wing) is safe for Non KoS CoV folks. The Hub (Where all wings meet and where this guy is) is safe for Non KoS CoV folks. The East wing or Halls of Testing is KoS to everyone but has no faction hits. This is where you get pieces for Skyshrine armor | ||||

| What religion are you? If you follow an evil god, evil monsters often won't be KOS to you. Being on the boat doesn't make a difference. Monsters con the same whether you are right up in their face or conning them on the shore from the boat. | ||||

| According to my sources (eqtraders), sea temper is made by combining 2 mugs of sea foam (dropped by sea furies), 1 saltwater seaweed (no drop, you have to fish for it) and one fish wine. combine in a brew barrel. | Can some one please explain to me why a LVL 7 Human Warrior would have bad faction with Guards in BB? My first visit to BB from Freeport met with immediate death by the guards at the docks.
