| I believe the ring of scale are considered heretics to the CoV, which is the velious dragon faction. In one quest a dragon on CoV faction asks you if you have killed other dragons, and says something about good if you tell him yes and mentions the ring of scale being evil. | ||||

| ive gone under spell mer chants you see a waterfall when you do remember that water fall if you get to the forbbiden scribe if you hail him you dont loose faction and then go into maze once you do that keep searching and keep going up then you get to a cave where you can hear waterfalls remember tha | ||||

| Did you cheack to see if you had the dwarf city file still on yur computer,or if its been dameged. If I was you I would cheack the EQ files and see what you have,if you have the file delete it and then re-load the file to your hard drive | ||||
