| Yes, you can raise the faction with them as well as Freeport Militia. There is a quest in High Hold Pass for collecting and turning in gnoll scalps. Check that out, took me from KOS to NON in just a few. I suppose it matters haw bad off you are how long it will take. Hope it helps | ||||

| Near the zone in from Hollowshade Moor, there's a Vah Shir outpost with a bank and a merchant. There's also several Vah Shir NPC's who talk about raiding Grimling camps.
