| Don't have to go to Velious for scaling Quests, the whole qeynos badge series takes place in and aaround the Karana's. | He has mad ass resists to a level 50 wizard vs ice and magic... otherwise he is helpless, i used my staff of temp flux to debuff fire and ice which worked after 7 tries which gauges him hella high on MR and ice comet resisted 3 times just to be sure he was a bastard. He was also white to me =) | ||||

| i'm pritty sure wut u gotta do to get in. u must 1st raise ur fraction then get a special item from each house Like "the eye of trust" but u need a good fraction to get them to give u the quests | ||||

| You get lowered CoV faction from killing in NToV. As for the halls of testing, you dont get any faction hit. JUST DONT OPEN THE DOOR if your fighting at the ent to HoT, cuz then you will agro some mobs that are on CoV faction | ||||
