| As a level 36 druid, I can tell you from experience, East Karana is where you should be hunting for some time. Carrion spiders, then Gorge hounds, then the Crag Spiders. Then head to South Karana and play with the Aviacs for awhile. You will fly up to mid 30's doing this. Sloee Andpainful | ||||

| This does indeed drop from Lord Soptyver, a named Evil Eye deep in Beholder. It has been awhile, but I believe the spawn rate on him is about a week, which makes this quest difficult to do. The item is a great face piece for Cazic Thule Erudite clerics though. Good luck. | ||||
