| Yes, There are a few Named in HoT floating around. They are a week Timer and drop symbols for tear quests. You get the tears of Dozekar the Cursed and get the right symbols and Hand it into the Named Dragons in West Wing to get nice items. | ||||

| I use this item for the Storm Strength and then sell it to an NPC vendor. They are pretty common (about 1 in 6) when I am hunting giants in GD (in a group). Storm Strength is a GREAT spell and I use it when doing my money collection rounds. I get encumbered and just right-click on this, and presto! | ||||

| Read that this drops a rune and it is easy to raise faction with both... Why not kill one and loot the rune, and give the rune to the otherone? | Actually, the name of the item, if I remember, is Noble's Seal, NOT Noble's Crest for the reinforcements quest. If you review the quest under Collar of the storm neck item, it relays the entire quest but does NOT include the portion to resolve the Seal. I think this is still an incomplete portion | ||||
