| I am a 36 ranger i love this zone way better than ot or dl,it is very hard to get groups but if u are rngr or druid this is our domain. | He spawns in amongst the laborers in the areas just outside Kael. As of 2 weeks ago when I killed him, he still drops the blueprints. I'm a bit behind you, need Yvolcarn as well as the unicorn :) | ||||

| Narls is tougher than he cons. I would strongly suggest getting some good buffs, including SoW, thorns, or whatever. Heck, ask a buddy to come with and heal you. Narls is not hard to hit, but he packs a big punch himself. I took on Narls at about lvl 10 and found him to be tough, but I surviv | ||||

| I'm guessing that since he is the only automatic KOS mob in the city, and the items he drops are No-Rent, he is probably for a quest, i.e. turn in his no-rent weapon and shield for something, but I haven't figured anything out on it yet. | ||||
