| Does anyone know anything about this dwarf? he's in a gaurd shack to the right out of kaladim ... Dapper Blackhammer is about the same distance but to the left but both are at the shacks along the path. Durkis does not respond to "hail" but they might be part of some new dwarf quests or so | ||||

| Well, i don't have my Swiftwind yet, but i can tell you one thing. I do have a Velium Swiftblade and its Haste DOES effect the speed of my bow. I have the Windsaber.
