| You are right, these drop in Siren's Grotto and not in Cobalt Scar. Similar to the runed sea shell (cloud) which is used in the Ninth Coldain Ring Quest, these drop off the Siren's in the Grotto. Also you need to head to the Grotto anyway to pick up the swordfish tooth (no drop). Let me know if y | ||||

| Any ranger can wear it, you just have to be able to buy or quest it. :-) It is unlikely you will be able to quest it at 12, though - getting the rubies is easy, as is the skull (go to mino caves and give a shout to see if anybody is hunting Meldrath, every time I've been there, there's been uber-le | ||||
