Doesn't seem like it. Seems more like level 22-23 when you fight him. Either that, or he's elite even though he's not marked as such. That would make sense considering the quest is elite, but there are no elites nearby. |

From what I've noticed on comparing the two-hand weapon stats for weapons of the same level, the swords are faster, with slightly less damage, and the axes are a bit slower, but with more damage ... Overall, they [i]are[/i] equal though. |

TEARS OF THE MOON.
I found the Silvery Spider Lady Sathrah at this location: 35,18 by 41,24 (CosmosUI).
Look on the West side of the Wellspring River at the very North End of the river.
She may also spawn on the other side of the river (East), but I did not find her there.

they are also found in the moonglow city (or something like that). however, they are higher level here, and harder to see. i like the coastal camp area better that qamgine mentioned.

Actually, I wouldn't consider elite level given how easy it is to take down warlocks, especially those with imp type minions (hint... kill the imps first, warlocks next, succubi last).

it's not that he drops 18 gold everytime. It is more of an average that when you you kill him what he does drops is generally worth around 18 gold. Sometimes it will be less sometimes more. |
