	I tried for a couple hours to find her but I didn't. Finally gave up and moved on to another quest. I found the other 2 easy. I'm sure I'll try again in the future, but for now screw this quest

	Still trying to pickpocket him at level 21. It helps if you hit "slash" key to walk slow. Still, I got close enough, and it kept saying "nothing to loot" until he detected me. Will try again tomorrow... I HATE THIS QUEST!!! ARGH!!!!! :)

	Found him. The guard tower is as far east as you can be and still be in the zone. Follow the road past the quarry and north of the darkiron dwarves and you'll come to a tunnel to this tower. He'll send you on to the next thirsty dwarf in Loch Modan.
