I started playing WoW in August 2007, got my first gold around level 16 while still on trial. I had my level 40 mount money by level 25. I started out with skinning and leatherworking, but dropped LW and got mining. I trained to the 20's on my own, then got Joana's Horde Leveling guide. So far that has gotten me to level 36 happily with 240+ skinning and 100+ mining. I'm soon planning on dropping skinning for enchanting once I get my mount and soloing lots of low level instances for stuff to DE or for my half twinks(send em greens and some cash, but never spend more than 100 gold)
