| With the delay being a bit high on this weapon, even with the proc it's not really a MT type of item. Just too slow to keep aggro effectively. All of the classes listed would do well with it though. Rogue in offhand of course :) And if you really think that Jolt is the end all solution to ranger | ||||

| In all probability right now the class most likely to get this weapon for offhand is a ranger w/o Render of Souls. | Brell's is only 250. I guess that's not worth getting cast on you because it's just half a hit from a PoP mob. Aego? Only 2 hits. Focus is another 1 hit. Hmm... you get full hp buffs and can't withstand a PoP quad. Why bother buffing you at all? /sarcasm off | ||||

| As a cleric, I think it's a nice item for all the listed classes. VI has diversified the cleric roll to count on heals from anywhere we can get it. | I think the damage bonus completly screws this wepon IMO. Windblade and some other nice POP wepons would more than likely outdamage this wepon overtime due to the BIG added DMG bonus. | ... but for non healer types like rangers, who's heals are generally pathetic and mana consumptive, this is a very good item to have. More healing for the same mana is always a plus. | If you don't have the gear to MT then don't, aggro should always be a wars first concern then hps and ac.
