Provided you have access to PoWater (ok, not many do), these drop like candy.
Great legs that are MUCH more common than elemental legs (and the elemental legs arent *that* much better).
If I counted right, every monk/druid/beastlord has these, except for one druid that has the elemental legs.

If your guild can do Vindi easily then yes, you can own this guy. My guild kills him with 2 groups or so. He hits kinda hard, over 1000, just get some good healing and control aggro, then tear him up. A note, he does a 250pt ae snare spell. If he has the sword, hes holding it.

Actually......
I'm about 99.9% certain worn haste works at the (lvl + 1 = %haste) up to the max haste on the item. With my Rogue, at lvl 21 with SCHW (22% haste), assuming 22% haste, compared to lvl 10, assuming 11% haste, my backstab button refreshes about a second, or noticeably faster (used a |

According to Magelo and Lucy, who use raw spell data, this is listed as 6% haste. Those sites use the spdat? files, which from my understanding are taken directly from the raw game files, so the info is just about 100% accurate.

Correct me if I am wrong, but Hybrids are not able to specialize at all. They of course have casting skills which is what i think you are talking about. Specialization is different than your casting skills. |

Not only bards, Paladins, Rangers and Shadow Knights do not have specialty in casting like a druid would have in evocation for example. |

Since the time PoP came out, there are other niftier range items that are easy to get.
For example the beginners' magic manual, ac 7 wis/int 6, hp/mana 15, requires only the planar travelers manual and hobgoblin surprise, which you can buy in the bazaar for under 200 p (baking skill item) |

Invis. Run through Gunthak to Dulak. Walk out and stick to your right until you get to the shore. Follow the shore until you reach the very first (and easiest) boat, Stormwave. This captain is rare, 6+ hours and I haven't seen him yet. In the time I was camping him I got 3 Blue Diamonds, 1 Diamond, |

Ok people. The earring can be worn by ANYONE, ANY LVL. Flowing Thought 1 works at ANY lvl, as do all worn effects. The stats will be reduced depending on your level, but if you wanna waste your money for a lvl 1. Go ahead. :-P Just thought I'd clear that up. :-)
