| Imagine, 66% haste (which effectively takes the delay of this weapon to 17.3) and a 100 point Dex buff. I dunno about you, but rogues rarely get a weapon below a 17 delay (One of the best I know of is 8 17 locustlure). If you say this weapon is not very good, you may want to rethink that. | As of this moment (ie it might get changed later) the textual description of the item lists the inventory slot as inventory and thats where they would have gotten the idea for what slot it went into.
