| You obviously have no clue what you're talking about. HP/mana/useful effects(ft, vengeance, focus effects) > all, AC gets quite useless once you've hit high enough numbers. Prime healers bulwark was a GM even item. | ||||

| On raids I have generally 255 strength. I can carry 21 stone worth of items where as you can carry up to your strength. If I go over 21 stone my AC is in the toilet, if you go over 21 stone nothing happens. Get over it, this is awesome for a monk. | ||||

| I think you are missing what he saw there. Bard have Very few ways to regen mana, and they DONT do it efficently at all. But this beauty of a bard item as 21!!!! mana regen per tick, for a bard!!! Whatever bard got this item wont be sitting around for an hour or 2 waiting on his/her mana to coem ba | ||||
