| I can't see this replacing the CLS (which isn't stellar, as it is). This may be slower, but I'd rather have 1 more dmg for 1 more dly any day. | Yes many player made items do haved required/recomended level, Nightmarewood Compound bow is required 46 recomended 61, and procs at like 50 so go figure.. | I cast this spell quite often with my TUNARE wood elf druid. Not sure when I bought/scribed it, but I can and still do cast both imbue pebble and imbue emerald any time I want. | maybe the person not seeing periodot use has a high level reagent conservation focus item and has had some lucky checks to see if the focus worked look for any message about another item glowing when you use the legs. | ||||

| I melee as well.. tho not VERY well my 1HB is only 150ish and bash is 85 and Im level 43.... For a while I was tagged "The Crazy Cleric" by groups of people in The Overthere because when I was full mana(or had KEI) I was the one doing the pulling. | ||||

| If you think the effect is ok this item you probably don't have Mask of the Forrest, or you don't use it for some reason. If you can get this piece it is rather unlikely you don't have that spell.
