| It actualy reads your level and reduces the stats accordingly. If you are close, the stat reduction will be minimal, but if you are say, 15 levels below, it will be much greater. There is also a block on usage at 20 or 30 levels below recommended. | ||||

| As far as the monk restrictions go, It was a trade off players made when deciding to play a monk. It was a decition each made. Penilizing others for that decition is just wrong. Give everyone that can use the item a chance. | ||||

| Depends on what you are looking for. When I had the choice between Ivy and Ry'gorr BPs, I stuck with my Ivy and never regretted it. Otherwise, I used whatever I could get my hands on that was best for each slot. I had Ry'Gorr neck, arms, gloves and pants, with Ivy bracers and BP for a long time. | ||||
