| You do not have to go to skyshrine to get this weapon. You can get the book used to spawn the ghost by talking to lorekeeper sarl. | Once you have maxed your int it is much better to use cone of the mystics and book of oblus, that gives so much more mana than this crappy staff. The proc also sucks, any proc requires a caster to melee is not good at all. | ||||

| The only item i know of for sure that could be recharged (and I cant ever recall the name of it now) was the ring that had charges of gate. It could be recharged through a mini quest but like good 'ol veriant love to do they tokk it out of the game and also took out the recharged quest. | ||||

| Actually you should be little less harsh since at 40 the formula for HT actually changes, but it still does 10 * 40 + 1 = 401 damage. But the formula changes to (20*(level-40))+401 meaning at 41 instead of 411 damage it'll do 421. THEN there's Unholy Aura... | ||||
