| Troopers are warriors and crusaders are SKs I have had many run-ins with them being a troll warrior. They are also on different factions, I am indifferent to the troopers, but the crusaders still attack using harm touch, this hits for 701 which suggests to me they are level 70. | The Felwithe guards are on EmeraldWarriors faction. Only the guards, everything else in Felwithe is on other factions. | This NPC hangs in the back of fish's ale sometimes. I have no idea what he is for, but he mentions ogre swill. He looks like a beggar, or raz the rat misk who hangs by the docks. If anyone knows anything about him, feel free to add it. | ||||

| I decided to risk the faction and have a go at this new NPC. At level 51, she was green, but still hit in the high 60's. She has about 1000-1200hps although I didn't actually count.
