| Nope...I am nearly a complete waste as far as Tailoring goes and I've made 3 of these now. The silks and components related to the silks is the only thing that needs any skill at Tailoring and those are so low that even i can do them! | Ok, you need a tank, a cleric and 1 supporting caster(druid/wizard/shaman/etc). Have the tank pull the decaying skeleton, then have the cleric heal/cast undead dd. Backup caster does additional damage/heals. Id say 1/2 the time you can take them, the easiest seems to be decaying dwarf skeletons. | ||||

| regardless of the 100% increase, the cap is 252. if you parse out the data, that is what you will get as your skill (if you have 126+ in 1hs and a +100% 1hs mod item). just like if they put in bows with an +100% mod to archery: Knight classes would suddenly get 150 archery skill, rangers would get | ||||

| Actually this picture is from before you could tell whether it was a required level or a recommended level (both used to show as recommended level), and this sword, like most anything decent from CT has a REQUIRED level of 51. Though I have to say, a lot of twinks are hitting 51 these days. | ||||

Im guessing it has a nasty low delay and a proc, sks get proccing weapons only once in a good long time, and alot of the time the proc is a dot or lifedot a nice DD would be really nice, plus its friggin horror shard, sounds skish, then again i think alot of verant n | ||||

| i just did my quest too before i started my skill was at 21 (random spider silks, bandages) and after 2 trys on the cord it poped up to 22 next try and i got the cord and the Rallic Pack.
