| It's been a while since I did this quest, but I believe the Legionnair Bracers are only dropped by the Legionnaires in Crushbone. I killed large number of Legionnaires in the Commonlands without ever getting a bracer, but found one very quickly once I went to Crushbone. | ||||

| no, you dont need to start over. Natasha whitewater in TD is located inside the inn. She spawns when ever u do a turn in to get an orb. if you have alrady turned in the first orb. you will have to wait for another cleric to come around and do a turn in. kindaboring, but it works. | ||||

| Just for the record on the Avatar of Water...it's not that it takes a couple mins for him to appear...he appears almost as soon as you hand in the orb. Problem is..he spawns out over the water...(kind of makes sense given he is an Avatar of said medium)...and then proceeds to sail up the zone wall | ||||

| finished this quest on lvl 22.. final hand-in dinged me 23. Took under 12 hours in total to get to lvl 22 and finish epic. Only got at lvl 22 because I needed a better weapon to melee with to get Power Leveled by my Main. | ||||

| It's a really bad idea not to have all the items to give to the NPC at once. You can turn them in one at a time, but the problem is that anyone can turn in pieces of the quest, and whoever turns in the last piece gets the reward. If you turn in a couple items, go away for a while, then come back, | ||||

| This is a REALLY easy quest....I got the sash at lvl 4! I took my 11 shammy to nro and got a cutthroat ring in a derv group, ported my monk to Gfay, got the bracers and ported back within 10 mintues....and bought a greater lightstone for 1pp off some dude in nro! | The bracer is comon drop of the Crusbone Legionaires in Crusbone which is located in the North end of the G fay zone.
