The Birth of a new Hero The priest that found me outside the Cathedral is all I have ever known as a parent. I was told I was left outside on a darks day, wrapped in a bloody cloth. I knew then that my parents must have been too poor to support another mouth. Rafael took me in and raised me as his own son. Life wasn't easy for a Hume being brought up in an Elvish city. Many times I was pushed and shoved into the dirt by those who thought themselves superior but I never hated them. I learned to laugh at their ignorance and started training myself every day for hours to no end in order to become the best fighter these lands had ever seen. Rafael never held me back, he wanted me to become what he never could, not only a worshiper of the light but its protector as well. Thus so my journey towards the art of The Paladin began.
