This thing ranks in the top 10 monk-usable neck peices. It's also the heaviest; but with that AC and those resists . . .

Monks won't want it once they are level 53 as fists are faster and better ratio.
The only reason I'd want it as a monk is for the 12 Wis for trades ... |

Definately ain't worth it for an enchanter.
By the time you're high enough level to do the quests, you'll have a much better waist item than this.
