| I was having issues locating him as well, but I found him finally. His loc is -1572, 27, 10. He is near the arena on the west side. YOu have to go all the way north and then to the middle section and back track to the arena to find him. I hope this helps you out. | ||||

| In my opinion leveling is much more important than quest. I didn't start my first quest until lvl 37 for the staff of temperence flux. The advantage you get with new spells far out weigh any quested item you can get. | ||||

| THis isn't info but I thought it was funny in an ironic way. One of pull of 4 Revenants, 2 Essence's dropped. Only one chanter was there at the time but he is enough for riads.
