| Most of the time on class specific armor, the spell effects on them are something that they can normally cast...just meant to be a manaless cast. | Well the Noct Blade is a better weapon, no question. But, on Veeshan you can get a Wurmy for about 1k where the Noct Blade is still close to 5k. So is a Noct Blade 5 times better than a Wurmslayer?
