| No you cannot dual wield. Also, last time I checked store bought instruments are secondary slot only too. However, the combine instruments are about 18% bonus to the appropriate bard song. | Since Enchanter Charm will not work on PC's on PvP I have to doubt the Bard charm will work either. This tactic also won't work on normal MOB's - since they can't drown :( | ||||
