| As a druid of the 30th season who has visited Runnyeye several times here's my advice. If you're coming here looking for the good loot (i.e. BA Armor, medallion, BABS, BALS) you need to be of at least 35th level solo as a melee (or mage/necro with pet) or 40th as a caster. | The Dark Offerer does spawn in the castle. I have seen posts saying that one has been in the Jail. Although 2 days of camping and I have yet to see one.
