| I would say so, because according to what I have heard and seen, it is about 5 mana per int after 200 now at lvl 50, meaning that mana per int would be 1/10 of level aprox, as it is 1/5 of level for pre200. So this robe is equivocally 21 int, if you think of it post 200. | ||||

| These drop off any of the new lvl 60 mobs in umbral (new as of wednesday's patch 2/13/02, that is). Afaik, you get 1 of these everytime. It's totally random which bracelet it is, though. | ||||
