| It definitely isn't an oversight. Only 2 races of elves can be clerics. Dark Elves and High Elves are allowed to be clerics. The Half-Elves and Wood Elves have the druid for their priest class. | ||||

| I took a group into Sol A last night, had 4 of these drop, we were there for about 3 hours. 30 chanter 31 pally 30 ranger 36 wizard and 40 druid. We very easily managed the place. | Depends on the level. But the FBR will never give more mana than this. At lv 60 1 Int is equal to 10 Mana, so at Lv 60, these robes would be the same.
