| You could have 0 fletching skill and still make this bow....if you're REALLY lucky. I made mine at skill 155 or thereabouts, didn't get a trivial message either so it's somewhat harder than that. | ||||

| Funny how this is just being entered, since it's been in the game from the beginning. But I guess since now it's being used in quests people have found a use for it. It's also used in the Watchmans Initiate Bracer Quest for the Gnome newbie Warriors in Ak'Anon. | ||||

| I really think there is a random factor here. I have seen people who have failed about 20 times with fletching over 100 but I succeeded first time with fletching at 52. It seems to be easier to get at lower level if it is your first one. I have failed 4 more attempts so making them for profit seems | ||||

| I've seen various Baleen pieces drop from either Arbogast or Miller at the end of the Cloak of Truth quest. | ||||
