Yeah its true that erudites have crappy newbe zone but its also very lonely place to hunt and u dont get ksled so much from other greedy peeps. If you camp Kobolds solo you get fairly good exp. What comes to Erudites hoods i totally disagree. To me especially the hoods make Erudites look so special |

I'm a level 13 ranger who only does solo hunting. I saved up my money and at about level 10 I bought a 12 dmg, 45 dly long sword for about 29 platinum. I used it to clobber a lot of lower level mobs in numerous zones that tend to gve good loot. That way I developed my 2HS skills and rebuilt my bank |

If you're using something like icetooth claws or a crystallized sword <both of which seem VERY popular here of late> Then yes, a good 2 hander MIGHT outdamage you. But I doubt it. I have tested time and time again and found that weapon dly ratios are crap. go for SPEE |

Ok I won't say there's a best race for a warrior as there are just so many races that can be a warrior. I'll instead list some of the pros and cons of each one.

Ok, I know this question has probably been asked before, but I would like to know where I can find the Spells / Components for level 20 and 24 mage spells...the vendors like to be cheap and only seem to sell a few...
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. |

All of the level 20 pets can be found in OOT. There is a female vendor in a small tower on the island next to sister island who sells them. As for spell components... the hermit, treants, aviaks, and gnolls, ALL found in south karana, drop level 20 and 24 reseraching materials. |

Ice of Velious will drop from certain Sarnaks, goblins in highkeep, Icy Orcs in Everfrost, and possibly drolvargs of lower level.
One thing you can try is make a visit to Highkeep merchants to see if anyone sold any off, as well as merchants in Firiona Vie and The Overthere. Sending tells to |

What you do is find a passage of zones that lead from Halas to Freeport and walk it, hey dounds borring but remember to take off all your armor and leave all your money and to also only carry a rusty weapon to defend yourself. Although I've never tries it some close friends say its effective. You |

There are no cheap combinations for this. As I see it, Pure casters have the fewest number of items available to them and likewize the fewest number of new items comming out. The most effective way to get them is to get your TP spells and TP Alot. You will make lots of money in a relatively short ti |

Hmm id sell the DM gaunts for 150pp. You might be able to sell the DM gautns for 150 and then buy crafted guants for that if you are patient and lucky. Buy some more armor with that. I'd also do some blodforge quests (info on the quest can be found on this site). your doing great for level 8 though. |

It's best to group with a Druid who can Wolf Form. If you/your party is wolf formed, the brownies are not KoS to you. I guess they like wolves or something. Even when you jump Thistles, no other brownies will jump you. Go with someone high level and kill Meldrath..he's in Steamfont in a cave somewhe |

Hey, humans can be just as good of warriors as anyone else. In the end, the physical stats make little difference. Its skill, experience, and equipment that makes a great warrior. Plus humans level fast and are generally well liked at first.

The focus items are not working in the levels below 35. I spend ALOT of pets to test and verify this in the lower levels. There is nothing wrong with the weapons that you are using. The PGT and the dirk are fine weapons for your lvl. There are a couple places I can think of that will yield weapons at your lvl.
