Kiting is a method of (usually) soloing used by Druids, Rangers, and some other classes. For a Ranger, you would most likely be 'bow-kiting'. You could try it at level 9 with only snare, but I would highly recommend waiting til you get root at level 15. You should also work very hard at your arch |

I chose to play an Agnostic DE. The reason is that I quest alot, and being Agnostic allows me into the human cities without any hassle. The draw back to this choice however, is that I am now unable to wear or use any of the diety specific items out there, armor, jewelry, totems, etc..

Hey, I don't even play a wizard (had a lvl 3 for a while, but deleted him) but I'm bored as H311 here at work so thought i'd post.
In the past i've been an Erudite junky. Of course they have the highest base INT which always ended up winning me over. The vision sucks, though, and i really had |

You're misunderstanding why people use fast weapons in the primary hand. You get a damage bonus for weapons in you primary hand that would obviously affect the ratio. ie.: (wurmslayer)25/40+5 compared to (JM)9/18+5 the latter most definately has the better ratio. Since the offhand gets no bonus it's |

I love reading your posts Julily, and your quest inspired me to perform an experiment the other night that I thought I should share.
I was in a group in HighHold, in the guard room, and got curious about comparing damage. Our group were all of similar level and was composed as follows:

For a new character get a Green Silken Drape or a Flowing Black Robe, they are cheap, but good for low levle casters. Once you get more money Oracle Robes are very good for their price. Once you get a lot of money go for an SMR or a Bonecaster's Robe.

Well, you get the line of 'shielding' spells which lets you increase your HP and AC. Later on(starting at level 8) you get damage sheilds. Damage shields can be cast on anyone, and they make it so that whenever the person with the damage shield is hit, the thing that hit them, takes an amount of dam |

Any two casters that are paired up, besides wizards and clerics, make a good group together. Clerics are more useful for larger groups with tanks, and wizards, well, just aren't too useful for a small or large group in my book. A wizard/enchanter combo or a druid/wizard combo would probably do good |

Killing orc centurions is not a bad way for a level 7 magician to level in Gfay. They are good exp. actually. Maybe you are doing something wrong. If you don't like orcs though, go to Butcherblock and kill the skelatons that are around the druid ring.

The warrior class is largely a one of preferance. As a wood elf, you have relatively low stats in the strength and stamina department, but you RULE in the agility department. Although the loss of strength and stamina is significant, it's not a insurmountable obstacle. It if amazingly easy to find |

This is a quest spell and you need:
the electrum bladed wakisi
an adamandite ring
a burnt sash (drops off imps in sol B.)
When you are able to do the quest:
1. Go to Kelethin
2. Say to Lily (located in the hut up from bank) "I am a ranger."
3. Say to Devon "I want to learn from |
