Sneak does have a cap for Rangers. It caps out at 75.
As for it's usefullness, it is mostly useful for selling to vendors who are less than indifferent to you (dubious or apprehensive). If you sneak up behind them, they will con indifferent to you and give you better prices.
Other than that |

Well, I've played them both (Ranger to 20th, Rogue to 16th) and they are both a lot of fun. Personally I like the ranger more. I think it primarily has to do with the fact that I like casting spells and that I got spoiled by tracking. :-)
As a rogue you might have trouble finding a group due to t |

The lightstone quest is a great idea but one thing that the quest and message boards don't mention about that area is the wildlife and lack of and/or inefficiency of the help that is provided. Orc Fang earring
Agility +2 Earring
FS Gorgeth thingy
Lumberjacks Cap
Banded shoulders

My base stats are below but I think I'd do them a lil differently now...looking back, that is. As for dumping them ALL into agility, I have to disagree to some extent. Agility equals AC, more or less but you still need to up a couple other key stats in order to have a more rounded character. Just |

I am LvL 35 Wood Elf on the Rathe and I'm a little frustrated with what I have and where I should be hunting. Maybey it is because on the Rathe there is so many tweaks that what I have might be normal for my LvL. My Ranger is completely un tweaked....now my other charac |

First, try to get that rusty sharpened. Its only a bit of an improvement but its an improvement none the less and most smiths don't charge more than a silver (if anything) for doing that. If you can get 2 or more orc hatchets turn them into Dill Fireshine in the Kelethin guild - I got a glut of cast |

Druids have one more possible race than rangers do (halflings, and they do make kickass druids). If you want something that can go toe to toe, you want a ranger! I finally got my ranger to 17 (yes, I know that's not high, no flames please) and a ranger with dual wield, kick, and a few offensive sp |

Your not going to get rich by soloing. SO STOP IT! After you gain a few more levels you will be able to hunt treants in south karana and druids/treants in east karana for TONS of money. Also, if you |

Just get your int up to 200 and after that go for the best +mana items you can get. Also, if you are a gnome get your wis. to 75 or higher, becuase if your wis. is below 75, you will fizzle a little more than normal. |

I would say practice your bandaging a little bit, and then work on it by just summoning bandages and healing people up to 50% health when they need. After bandaging work on some of your spell groups that need work(like divination and alteration). Once you get to level 16, it is a good idea to start |

I would agree on all except I think the ivy bracers are worth it too. They are easy to get at a low lvl. You need a water ring from a tidal lord which are usually left behind on corpses when higher lvl characters kill them in dagnors cauldron. If not just ask someone to kill one for you and loot |
